Newsletters:
For most jobs ( several thousand pieces or less, single sheet, simple booklets) we aim to finish production in 24 to 48 hours. However, this depends entirely on the job and the quantities involved. Let us know when you need your job completed and we’ll determine whether we can meet your deadline!
A portable document format (PDF) is our preferred method of file delivery, but our in-house graphics team can work with most file types and will reach out to you if there are any issues.
Coated paper is glossy, tends to be higher quality, and achieves much more vibrant printing quality.
Uncoated paper is a smooth, porous, “standard” printing paper. It’s typically the most cost-effective option
Yes! If you’d like to print a document with graphics that run off the edge of the page, the simplest way is to set your document size a little bit bigger than the print size. A full-bleed, 8.5″ x 11″, page will usually have a document size of 8.75″ x 11.25″ . We then print the larger image on a sheet and cut it down to finished size.

I explained that I had a laptop with a picture on it that I wanted taken off and enlarged. I explained that I had no idea how to email a picture. No problem. She told me to bring my laptop in and she would take care of it. She took the pic off my laptop with a flash drive and told me to come back in 2 hours and it would be ready. Wow!! It was ready in 2 hours. They gave me exactly what I wanted in minimal time. Quality was A1 with very reasonable rates. If you are looking for great customer service, speed and quality, and people who care about giving you what you want for a very reasonable price, this is the place to go for your printing needs.
